These Terms and Conditions govern your use of snapdealuk.store, operated by SNAPDEALSUK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17382543), registered office 7437, Office 58 Peregrine Road, Ilford, United Kingdom, IG6 3SZ ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not mean we have accepted your order - the contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to do this.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty, contact us at snapdealsukltd@gmail.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
